Sven brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic background to his role as Vice President of Greenhem Inc. His career began in the German Air Force, where he piloted Alpha Jets, Tornadoes, and T-37 aircraft. During his final three years of service, he pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Applied University of Science in Augsburg, Germany, along with additional degrees in IT Project Management and Web Design.
After retiring as a Major in 2006, Sven relocated to North Carolina with his family in 2007 and transitioned into the technology sector, working for a Dallas-based networking software company. His entrepreneurial mindset soon led him to establish his own web design company, which later evolved into Tangram Media Inc. in 2011. This company provided businesses across the U.S. and globally with innovative digital marketing solutions, including web design, social media management, online advertising, and consulting.
In May 2024, Sven closed his company, Tangramm Media Inc., and joined Greenhem Inc. as Vice President and Director of Real Estate and Marketing, bringing his expertise in digital strategy and business development to the company.Today, he continues to drive innovation and growth, ensuring that Greenhem Inc. remains a leader in sustainable real estate and marketing excellence.

Joe Vintnell, who serves as both the President and CEO of Greenhem Inc. and as the Director of the GreenTech Solutions Core. Joe’s extensive professional background and industry-related experience make him uniquely qualified to lead our company towards sustainable growth and innovation in the coming years.
Military & Leadership Backround
Before beginning his business career, Joe served in the German Army’s Airborne Infantry within NATO’s Allied Mobile Force (AMF), where he led a company headquarters section, oversaw personnel and logistics, and ensured operational readiness under demanding airborne conditions.
He also served as a Non-Commissioned Partnership Officer to the U.S. Army, coordinating joint training, interoperability, and unit-level cooperation with U.S. Army units. Joe’s service was recognized with several official certificates of achievement and commendation from the U.S. Army, honoring his contributions to partnership, interoperability, and leadership in multinational settings.
Professional Experience
Since 1994, Joe Vintnell has been a self-employed real estate agent and broker in Europe. Throughout his career, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the green building industry. His consulting work focuses on the implementation of green technologies in the construction of environmentally friendly residences.
Under Joe’s leadership, Greenhem Inc. provides expert consulting services, guiding clients through the best practices in sustainable construction. Joe is excited to bring the latest European technologies for sustainable construction to North Carolina, ensuring that our local projects benefit from cutting-edge innovations in green building.
Detail-oriented, compassionate, and highly organized, Leslie is a seasoned Secretary with more than ten years of experience in customer service and administrative support. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for efficiency, reliability, and a strong ability to anticipate the needs of both colleagues and clients.
In addition to her administrative background, Leslie brings six years of expertise in management and marketing, where she successfully balanced operational oversight with creative problem-solving. Her skill set includes streamlining office procedures, improving workflow efficiency, and implementing systems that support productivity and growth
Known for her excellent interpersonal skills, Leslie thrives in collaborative environments while also demonstrating the initiative to work independently. She approaches challenges with a proactive mindset, ensuring that obstacles are addressed swiftly and effectively. With her blend of administrative expertise, management experience, and people-first approach, Leslie is a valuable contributor to any office or professional setting.
Brandt, Greenhem’s Marketing Manager, brings with him a background that spans many industries, with a goal that always ends with growing businesses. His previous roles have included sports journalism, showcasing his love of sports and writing simultaneously; writing for a craft beer blog, exemplifying his love for the art of brewing; and various construction and project management roles that built a solid foundation for the ins and outs of small business and the need for marketing. His experiences have given him the keys and insights to be able to position small businesses in a busy world full of search results and digital avenues to find customers.
With a background in various industries and a passion for all things marketing – from SEO and web design to #ThrowbackThursday social media posts – his attention to detail, eye for the brazen and bold, and unique personality put him in the driver’s seat for a great marketing department for both our needs and yours.
An army veteran and diehard Buckeye and Steeler fan, the self-described cigar and craft beer snob can be found enjoying the finer things in life, usually with his daughter at his side.
Angela “Angie” is our compassionate and highly skilled Secretary at GreenHem Inc. With over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support, Angie brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and heart to our team.
Her background in management and customer engagement has honed her ability to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a welcoming, client-focused atmosphere. Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Angie plays a key role in helping our office grow and thrive.
Every client who walks through our doors is greeted with Angie’s warm smile and genuine care. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and carries a true passion for helping businesses succeed through structure, service, and positivity.
KayLee, Green Junior Consultant, is a US Army Veteran and mother, dedicated to supporting the advancement of energy-efficiency and green building.
She is finishing her degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting through Ivy Tech Community College and pursuing LEED Certifications.
From the end of 2009 to 2012 she was enlisted as an OH-58D Electronics and Weapons System Repairer. In 2012 she became a Warrant Officer and UH-60M Blackhawk pilot until her medical separation in 2020.
She has since become a mother and is pursuing higher-education to become a sustainable, green residential drafter and designer.
As an aspiring homesteader whose home will be off-grid, she brings extensive do-it-yourself home improvement project experience, and through her military service has the determination and drive to meet clients’ needs.
